A travel planning fee is required to begin personalized trip planning.

Planning fees start at $75 for parties of up to 6 travelers

and $150 for parties of 6 or more travelers

“All planning deposits are fully refundable after your trip is completed, as long as travel is not canceled. This ensures our time and expertise are reserved for serious travelers while giving you complete peace of mind.”

This fee covers customized research, itinerary creation, booking support, and ongoing assistance throughout the planning process.
